01 — Founder

Languages have always been my great passion. I hold a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature, as well as the CELTA teaching certification from the University of Cambridge.

Throughout my professional career, I have had the opportunity to teach a wide variety of students from different countries, both in Spain and in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Poland.

I consider myself a natural teacher, and I bring not only dedication to my work but also all my warmth and enthusiasm. Thanks to my experience with children, teenagers, and adults, I have developed excellent rapport with my students, which allows me to understand their needs, abilities, and challenges as language learners. In my classes, we don’t just learn English—we also enjoy the process, because learning while having fun is the most effective way.

In my daily life, I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning, cycling, and practicing yoga. I love traveling, hiking, and meditating. I’ve been living in Spain for over 10 years: I’ve lived in the north, but it was the south—Granada—that has become my home and source of inspiration.

02 — Teacher

Hello! I’m Dominic. I’m a native English speaker from London with over 15 years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I’ve taught all levels, from A1 to C2, including all exam formats. In London, I specialized in preparing students for Cambridge and IELTS exams, and later continued preparing students for the PET, FCE, and CAE exams at language schools in Granada before working as a freelance teacher.

My time in London gave me the opportunity to work with students from all over the world and allowed me to better understand the diverse language needs of each student based on their native language and culture.

During my time in Granada, I learned Spanish, which has given me a concrete understanding of the most common difficulties Spanish speakers face when learning English.
I am a CELTA-certified teacher and hold a master’s degree in Sociology and another in Ecology.

I spend most of my free time in my garden, growing fruits and vegetables and applying permaculture techniques that I’ve been studying. I also write fiction and enjoy hiking, board games, and soccer.

03 — Teacher

My name is María Isabel (Isa), and I have been teaching French and Spanish language and literature since 2019. In 2024, I also began teaching Spanish to non-native speakers. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of students, both of different nationalities and ages. Additionally, I hold a Master’s degree in Translation and Interpretation in Public Services in Russian and a Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Literatures with honors in Russian.

Thanks to this professional background, I have been able to refine my teaching skills, enabling me to provide personalized instruction to students—not only supporting their learning but also guiding them through methods tailored to each individual.

Apart from languages and their respective cultures, I love traveling, playing sports, and learning about music. I am Spanish and currently live in Granada, but I have lived temporarily in Slovenia and France, countries that have enriched me greatly on a personal level.

Hello! My name is Mónica, and I’ve been teaching English and Spanish since 2023. I have experience working with students of all ages—from children and teenagers to adults—both in one-on-one and group settings. I design dynamic lessons tailored to various goals (such as earning an official certificate or practicing spoken English) and adapt my approach to meet my students’ needs to ensure they achieve their objectives.

In addition, I hold a degree in Translation and Interpretation from the University of Alicante, with English as my primary professional language, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Art History at the University of Granada. I also have experience as a translator for a magazine specializing in video games, movies, technology, and TV series. My hobbies include reading, learning new languages, and enjoying the arts.

05 — Teacher

Hello, I’m David. I’ve always felt that languages are much more than just a system of signs: they’re windows into other ways of seeing the world. I’m a linguist by training—I graduated with a degree in Arabic Linguistics in 2015—and since then I haven’t stopped learning, teaching, and exploring languages in all their dimensions.

Since 2016, I have been dedicated to language teaching, specifically English, French, Spanish, and Catalan as a foreign language. Over the years, I have served as an English coordinator at various elementary and secondary schools in Barcelona and its metropolitan area—Badalona and L’Hospitalet de Llobregat—and I have helped students of all ages prepare for official certifications such as Cambridge, Trinity, and IELTS.

Outside the classroom, I’m always on the move. I’m passionate about backpacking and bike touring: the idea of arriving somewhere with just the essentials and exploring it at your own pace strikes me as the most authentic way to travel. Though I must confess that every now and then I succumb to the couch and lose myself for hours in a good series or movie—without a single regret.

In short, I’m someone who lives among languages, trails, and screens, always eager to learn something new.
